Pros

eHealth is a great company to work for and the hourly pay rate is better than other companies. I have 3 years experience in the Medicare annual enrollment period. The team at eHealth is amazing.

Cons

I don't have anything negative experiences with eHealth, so therefore I have no Cons to report or express,

Pros

Great fellow employees. Good health insurance benefits.

Cons

Terrible upper level management (of course, they make all the rules). Mid level managers do the best they can for you with the restrictions that their managers place on them. Look at their stock price to confirm an very unsuccessful upper management with poor decision making abilities. In Jan 2014 it was over $60. Today its under $10. Terrible business model, and the non-salaried employees pay the price.
