Pros

Close to home. Good benefits.

Cons

Inconsistent training, supervisor backup. Deceptive compensation...changes constantly. Many agents were cheated out of compensation. Many valuable agents left.

Pros

Good benefits, smart and respectful employees. However, Leadership is extremely divided from the employees who are doing all the work.

Cons

The culture could use improvement. A lot of employees are there for a job, not a career. If you are looking for a clock in and out, secure stable job... this is the job for you.

Pros

Good managers, good 6 week training program to get you familiarized with the company and process they have. Very good, corporate atmosphere, complete with free food and coffee on a regular basis. Good trainsers.

Cons

Call center. Call after, call after, after call, after call. You get the point. I don't think call center jobs are for me.
