Pros
This is a company on its way up during a time when there are so many going down..and out. eHealth has grown its operations and influence exponentially in the last year and provided a new home to many who have lost their previous source of income. Despite the growth, it maintains a small company feel, where one doesn't feel far removed from the highest levels of leadership.
Cons
With rapid growth comes the possibility of some people feeling overwhelmed or even disenfranchised. Sometimes the new technology and added procedural changes come rather quickly and without the best preparation.
