Pros

Great managers who are not hierarchical, friendly and helpful colleagues. Really love how they have community of women leadership which really empowers and encourages women to step up to their full potential.

Cons

Location is a little bit far from where I live

Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

eHealth is a terrible place to work with a disgusting culture that has evolved over the past several years into a cesspool of politics, posturing and favoritism. Work/life balance is non-existent and DTO is a frowned upon joke. You will work absurd hours (including weekends) and have your physical and mental health destroyed during AEP in the name of numbers and “saving the company” which has been on the brink of collapse for years. You may have thought you got past bullying in high school but not at eHealth. Yelling, screaming, swearing and gaslighting are all part of the leadership playbook here. You could not find a more disgusting culture and toxic workplace if you tried. Run!

Pros

Benefits, Work from home, that's it!

Cons

You'll working 9 hour days and they want you to work more hours. You'll work Saturdays! All of this is mandatory OT during AEP (Annual Enrollment Period). Management pushes you to get more sales and encourages you to go along with these calls that are clearly a wrong number. Management says even if they are calling to order a pizza keep going with the script and you might be able to get a sale, pitch a plan! If you enjoy working your life away and lying or tricking people for a sale then this is a job for you! A third party calls these elderly people about a grocery card that doesn't exist and then they tranfer the call to us to make a sale to a person who wasnt trying to change their insurance. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING IN MY INTERVIEW AND I WISH I NEVER TOOK THIS JOB!
