Pros

great benefits and enjoyed working with supervisors and managers. learned a lot about medicare.

Cons

comp plans continued to get lower the longer I stayed with company. Found multiple ways to keep a percentage of your commission from you and into their pockets. started as in inbound position no longer the case as 80 percent of the leads are foreign companies calling the elderly and transferring them to you with them having no idea why they are speaking with you. Laid off huge chunk of company with out any notice. They seem afraid to put the eHealth logo on any of their advertisements for some reason. I would stay away from this company until they change upper-management.

Pros

Great Benefits, tuition reimbursement, internet and cellphone covered, great work life balance except during AEP (October 15th-December 7th), work from home. Great job if you have enough patience to deal with the 65+ crowd all day. Holiday's and paid time off are amazing

Cons

Company continuously lies, went from 1 Saturday per quarter to 1 about every month. They state if you are a top performer you can make $125K+ haven't seen that anywhere. Commission structure constantly changes and you make less during harder times of selling. Claim you are here to help consumers, but want you to change peoples plans based off of one or two reasons for calling in. The marketing for medicare in general is atrocious especially the giveback and flex card benefits. Every supervisor you ask a question too has a different answer. Upper management is horrible at communication. Unclear instructions all over the place. Most of the top sellers aren't here for too long. They make compliance a top priority, but do 0 to educate you on it during training. Instead they tell you how amazing the calls and consumers are.
