Pros

Money and the commission that comes with it.

Cons

Poor leadership, not telling complete truth, conned into what the job actually was. Lies.

Thank you for sharing your comments. I especially appreciate that you call out the great people we have here, in addition to the pay and benefits. We know how challenging the seasonal nature of this industry can be. That's why we implemented a number of new policies last year - including recharge days, a hybrid work model, and home office expenditures, to name a few - but there's always room for improvement so we continue to look for more opportunities to support a healthy work life balance. ~Bob Rees

Pros

There are none that I can think of

Cons

Leadership asks agents to write good reviews so be weary of what you see it’s either fake or from new agents who haven’t seen the ugly side yet. Agents only make money during aep and then the plans are canceled anyways and you have to pay back the commissions. The company doesn’t hit numbers anymore it’s all smoke and mirrors. $18/hr is not a livable wage and benefits do not make up for it. They promote anyone with a pulse so you will end up working under someone who has no management experience. Constant micromanagement, out of touch CEO, poor lead quality..the list goes on. They filter converting leads to top agents so lower performing ones never have a chance to do better and eventually fire them.
