There is a strong sense of purpose that is embedded in the culture and drives strategic decisions. People genuinely enjoy one another. Everyone on the team is willing to jump in and fix issues. Leadership empowers people to do their work and supports them with resources or breaking down barriers. We have a culture of accountability that is fostered by our commitment to serving clinicians, customers, and students.
