      Mission-driven company with great remote culture

      Pros

      Inspiring focus on core values. Get to help students in need. Fully remote with plenty of opportunities to connect with other team members. Fair compensation. Big focus on employee work/life balance. Great onboarding experience.

      Cons

      Remote work has its own challenges, but the company does a good job of addressing them. Competitive space with a lot of companies trying to disrupt. Company is making a lot of improvements which always creates growing pains.

      Amazing company, mission, culture and values

      Great, fast growing company who lives and breathes it's mission Hybrid working environment Helping children Great opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Growing pains as newer employees with industry knowledge and more experience are hired. Some of the more tenured employees are feeling the change. It creates some tension as everyone works to find where they can add value.

      Contract position, organized.

      Pros

      Organized, positive communication between Company and employees. Quick to resolve issues that may arise between school and contract workers. Even work flow. Contract position- create own schedule (within work day). reasonable expectations.

      Cons

      No benefits, lots of case management. Patience required for managing the demands of the school sites.
