Thank you for the feedback. In 2022 eLuma took a step back and reassessed our goals and the strategies in place for achieving those goals. This led to us making some difficult decisions regarding the operational structure of eLuma. Through making these difficult decisions and working through the challenging moments, we have better positioned ourselves to work towards our vision of helping all students achieve their potential.

We have many channels of communication in place, such as: monthly all-hands meetings, quarterly town-hall meetings, frequent team gatherings, annual all-employee company summits, frequent product Q&A sessions, quarterly employee satisfaction surveys, annual eNPS surveys, and always available phone, email, and chat lines directly to People Operations, and the CEO.
