      Pros

      Great bunch of people to work with and had a great time while I there. I was able to be challenged and learned a lot.

      Cons

      Sometime there were long hours and had a lot of windshield time most weeks. sometimes fast paced.

      Pros

      A lot of fun people, good pay and benefits, free coffee and food, great hours, a work hard-play hard mentality. The company has had a lot of growth recently but maybe grew too fast.

      Cons

      The company changes direction frequently without really knowing what it takes to get there. They don't seem to think through all aspects of their decisions. Unsure where this company is going in the future.... some employees say they're going downhill but hopefully they will be successful.

      Family run business which values your work/life balance. Offer flexible hours and competitive pay.

      Energy insurance can be a challenging industry to navigate. Proper resources are not provided for employees to be successful. Environment is competitive
