      Pros

      I truly love working for this company and its amazing people. I have hungered for a company that not only permits, but encourages its people to take risks, to challenge "we have always done it this way" processes and eMoney satisfies my cravings for that. Amazing benefits. Competitive pay. Great people.

      Cons

      Honestly I miss the cool office perks like free coffee, candy, pool tables, jeans every day, but the fact that our entire company has successfully worked 100% remote since March 2020 is a good trade off.

      The team I am on and the eMoney leadership do a great job of making sure people are connected and engaged. eMoney does a great job with diversity and empowering people to contribute.

      Cons

      Not looking forward to the commute when the office in Radnor opens back up.
