Management is sneaky and manipulative. Hr works with management against the employee and even upon bringing up issues they are just brushed under a rug and ignored. The company refuses to add on more help to the teams claiming hiring in our department is Frozen due to covid but yet more work is pilled on daily. Annual raises are frozen due to covid. this company is sneaky and doesn't care about anything but the money they add to their pockets.
