Needs a proper training program for new hires
Former employee, more than 1 year

Business Outlook
Pros
Family first culture, which is nice with young children
Cons
No training process put in place what so ever. My first two weeks that I was supposed to be "trained," most colleagues cancelled last minute. There was zero process put in place for new hires. Yet, someone was hired in my same role a year after me, and he had DAILY sit in training with our manager. It was quite strange. But really sets one up for failure. They have plenty of money, they need to establish a training department and trainers.
