The people who work here are amazing. Management is okay - not micromanaged. Learn new things every day

Systems and procedures are overly complex. If you don’t say ‘stop’ work will keep piling on you. Stressful supply chain times.

Pros

Fantastic work life balance. I have children with medical issues and they have been the most supportive organization for everything that I have needed to do. Executive team appears to be really trying to make it a really generally inclusive environment and that feels good to be a part of that kind of company. Efforts are appreciated.

Cons

The benefits are not the best, not the worst by far, but definitely could be much better.
