Pros

I am currently in the onboarding phase with eTeam for a Data Analyst role (client: Goldman Sachs), and so far the experience has been smooth. The recruiter has been responsive and helpful throughout the process, providing timely updates and clear guidance on the next steps. The documentation and onboarding process have been well-coordinated, and communication has been consistent. Overall, the initial experience has been professional and organized.

Cons

Since I am still in the onboarding stage, I do not yet have visibility into the actual work culture, project experience, or long-term growth opportunities with eTeam.
