The people I work with at eTeam take ownership of and are responsive to address all situations that are unclear and any questions raised. They are professional and courteous and take actions to assist in the success of my role at the client business. There are situations that I have assisted my colleagues at eTeam due to lack of access to systems within the client and lack of communication channel with the client. They are very appreciative of my assistance.
