      Pros

      Helpful staff to help you along the way. Very diligent during the on-boarding process. Staff is always accessible. Co-workers help guide you through questions that you may have on the job.

      Cons

      There's too much paperwork involved during the on-boarding process. Wasn't given too much notice on behalf of my work schedule until the very first day of work.

      Pros

      After the onboarding process, they continue to stay in contact with you by assigning you a HR coordinator, and they are always interested in how things are working for ETEAM and how the project is going.

      Cons

      Their onboarding process is a bit tedious but as long as you understand all of the requirements and make sure everything is taken care of quickly, it is pretty smooth.
