      Other name of Nightmare. Very arrogant. Never work here.

      Pros

      Does not apply cause there is none.

      Cons

      Totally mismanaged company right from the top. It is a family owned business and only one person makes all the decisions. It is a nightmare to get paid. The accounting dept is non-existence. Every time you are promised but never get paid. Their customer service is way below average and for them it is "our way or highway". All the good reviews you see are from their teams in India. Stay away and think twice before considering...

      good company with great learning and growth

      Pros

      nice enviroment and ample opportunities and help from management incentives are best in the market. They value a Performing recruiter 500000. Only thing a recruiter needs to do is 1000 calls/ 40 submitals/ 8 interviews with 8 dollar margin start. If anybody achieve this target then that recruiter will earn 500000/12 salary plus incentives. This means a 15000/- person has an opportunity to earn more than 50000/ per month minimum.

      Nothing.... but i think we should do some leadership outing with CEO

      Awesome Company with excellent incentives

      Pros

      I did my biggest mistake by leaving eTeam Noida. This company gives lot of money and recognition. I had to leave because of better opportunity with US Tech however, that was my biggest mistake. All the best eteamites!!!! You guys are future of staffing

      Cons

      Nothing other than not retaining people with a compromise on salary increment in the middle of the year Director of eTeam is very strict
