1)They won’t give your salary on time. 2)If you are on client side, hr will not entertain you about your queries. 3)Its been almost more than 2 years, still I didn’t received my reliving documents. I am following with team from last 2 years no one is replying on my mails.

Good Hikes. Good Employee satisfaction. Although I was on Client location, but still they are in regular touch with me and are concerned about my growth.

Cons

There should be some outings with all employees at least once a year. Being on client side , I have less chance to interact with other eteam employess other than HR

Good Environment, Good Working Procedure. As per my knowledge this is most growing company in noida. I am working as a technical support engineer in Bangalore through eTeam. I found HR team always support there..whether it is about Induction , Providing Documents on time and all operation work. Uploading Documents on portal was bit time taking but manageable..
