      Pros

      Creative, inventive, rewards designed to give agents everything they need to grow . For experienced and new this world has it all. It's broken down yet another glass ceiling but come see for yourself. No favoritism here it's got all the levels open to achieve. It's designed to give equal opportunity to everyone. As an experienced agent I can help others and benifit from it at the same time . However if you get a blend of talents together zoom zoom ahead. This is the Tesla of companies. It's so innovative. Someday I hope the same paradise arrives for teachers. They are a class in our society most needed and most underpaid. I will help any of them augment their salary with real estate. I'm from a family if teachers. As each person gains a new opportunity the whole world is blessed . They have given agents 6ways to earn income. All said and done they deserve a huge thank you to the developers. Happy to say I'm an early adapter to say the sky is not even the limit! As a realtor we are not on a payroll but the opportunity is there either way

      It's challenging for people who have a solid warm business, or a team rocking it right now for NEW horizons .

      Pros

      Exceptional company with a plan for the future! Agent Owned and cloud-based with less overhead and better compensation. They think out of the box and don't restrict you to a brick-and-mortar building. Meetings are easy in the cloud, and in your pajamas if you prefer.

      Cons

      If you enjoy having to go to a brick-and-mortar everyday, this company may not be for you.

      Pros

      Ownership, revenue share, stock, opportunities to grow. I love the cloud base office and being able to listen to meetings later in the date because they are recorded.

      Cons

      none what so ever.
