      Pros

      Working from Home is wonderful. eXp Realty supplies their Transaction/Listing Specialist with the equipment needed to get the job done. Also they offer a wonderful Benefit package as well to our staff. The Management is wonderful as well always there for support. Working at eXp is really a joy.

      Cons

      Staffing - with the growth we were lacking staff but seems to be getting dealt with as we go along.

      Pros

      eXp is very fast passed and never boring! Incredible team and management. 100% remote yet a very close knit work family. Lots of collaboration and sharing. Great benefits and career advancement opportunities.
