Everything. Regus office spaces everywhere, brand flexibility , residual income, team flexibility, travelling opportunities, amazing community, loads and loads of support. Never ending.

Cons

Naysayers (usually other brokerages) making up lies and turning it down because they either don’t understand the model, or, can’t compete with it

There is tremendous support within the cloud where eXp Realty Brokerage is a global leader for real estate. The eXp REALTOR® benefits from multiple sources of income; the client benefits from the high level of service using the technology while maintaining personal contact. The use of eXp WORLD in Virbella is tremendous; the mandate of cooperation vs competition is the model that benefits everyone.

Cons

Be prepared for ongoing change and if you are up for it, this is NOT a true CON.
