I love that eXp Realty is for the agents! Agent owned is true and real. You receive higher commissions and stock, which make you truly an agent owned company. Training on the cloud is amazing and I so love being truly paperless!!! Our Skyslope, our paperless document compliance is truly the easiest program I have ever used. Making the task of uploading all docs super easy and super fast!

Cons

If you don't like keeping more of your commission or earning stock whenever you close a transaction... eXp is not for you!

Great split with 16k cap, revenue share when attracting other agents, stock, technology, out of this world top training.

Cons

No local office space however that's what allows the great splits, rev share & stock. Most agents are on the move daily anyways so you can office anywhere.
