Pros

Fair compensation arrangement considering the multiple revenue streams, expert advice/interaction on the cloud campus and support at all levels including the tools for success with inexpensive monthly fees. Easy to build a team through this concept!

Cons

Some people feel the need to have an office outside of home but as a 20 year agent with large a national brand I worked mostly out of my home anyway. eXp provides a Regus discount program for those in need to have an office but if you want collaboration, eXp cloud will be more than useful in that regard. Just because it's a cloud company doesn't mean you can't get an office if you need one.
