Great leadership, quality agents, forward thinking, agent owmed, stock, revenue share. I have been a realtor for 13 years and this is the first company I've worked for offering an opportunity to have ownership without paying a franchise agreement. Incredible to work with such a great group and grow together. Exciting times!

I joined eXp based on their business model, implementation of technology to manage and market and their goals for the future. They really want me to succeed. Everyone is helping everyone. No man left behind mentality. I'm connected to agents across the nation and already made a friend in Los Angeles and one in Houston. They are innovative and bring on the highly talented leader. Also this is an agent owned company.

Cons

New technology and for me there is a learning curve.

Regis Offices over old brick and mortar. Access to continued education & training classes anytime in the virtual platform. High commission percentage and lucrative revenue share potential.

Cons

Requires adaptation from the old way of doing business in real estate. Must be willing to stay up to date on technical advances in virtual technology and marketing. Self-motivation, personal organization, and time management are essential for success.
