      Pros

      Lots of training and leads, tons of room for growth. Lenders are in office and Jose Samano is the best there is. Better to make mistakes during training rather than with the client.

      Cons

      Higher split costs but it helps newer agents. 100% of nothing is still $0

      Cons

      Due to agile environment you may be switched often to a new area you may not like or have originally intended to have “signed up for” communication depending on manager can be fantastic to poor

      Great Company

      Pros

      One of the best things about EXP is the revenue share program. You get compensated when the agents you've recruited close sales. Other brokerages do the same but typically it's only the managing broker benefitting from this. You can have an income coming in that is passive, this is unlike any other brokerage. Amazing training opportunities as well as coaching.

      Cons

      It can be lonely working from home and not constantly being surrounded by other agents that are doing the same work as you.
