      Cloud based real estate company, access to the most cutting edge technology in the industry, unprecedented revenue sharing plan, Stock acquisition program, competitive commission plan, incredible synergy, strong leadership team.

      Cons

      Not entirely set up for brand new agents yet. Company is currently building the infrastructure to support brand new agents.

      Pros

      I've been with eXp for less than a year but have been watching them for several years now and wished I would have followed my gut back then. As an Agent Owner I feel more compelled to be the absolute best in my attitude, my professionalism, my continued growth and education within the industry. Practically round the clock support, at your fingertip information and endless expansion. This post doesn't even scratch the surface of my excitement for partnering with eXp Realty.

      Cons

      Easy to get comfy in your non traditional brick and mortar office. You have to make it a priority to get out amoung your peers and potential client base.

      Pros

      I home school, so I love the fact that everything is in the cloud, as I have no time to attend the meetings/trainings at the other brick and mortar brokerages. This business model is amazing, just have to get used to training in the cloud. I am able to attend live trainings and listen on bluetooth while doing other things. It is going to be difficult for any other brick/mortar company to compete with this in the future.

      Cons

      Getting used to the cloud takes a little time, and if you are the type that likes to be around other people in an office setting face to face you will struggle. If you are self motivated...it is actually a lot like home schooling since it cuts out all the uneccessary fluff and allows you to focus and get to work in your natural habitat.
