      Cloud environment saves on overhead. It also allows you to have a meeting or teach a class from your computer anytime! You and your invitees are welcome anytime at no charge. Meet with other agents, lenders, title companies, vendors, etc. If for some reason you MUST have a professional office setting to meet someone at, being an agent with eXp offers access to the Regus office's. 100% green! Stock ownership. Residual income. Real retirement options. Tons of free training. Agent support. Tech support. Transaction support. Training support. And so on.

      80/20% commission split. BUT eXp gives it back through their Revenue Share. So, NO Cons

      Pros

      High splits, a fair cap, all productive agents are owners and are awarded publicly traded stock (EXPI), Revenue sharing, live training from around the country, powerful free tools to help agents lead generate and grow their business.

      Cons

      You do need to be a mature professional who can understand that your value to your clients is YOU.

      Pros

      Cloud based real estate brokerage - you can work from anywhere. Very tech forward and in tune with where the marke is headed. Extensive class selections - in a virtual office where you can actually "meet" with agents across the country. Great online support staff.

      Cons

      Cloud based is a great concept because real estate isn't really done via storefronts anymore. Even though the virtual office is cool, there's no real local human interaction with other exp agents because it's still a pretty new concept. Unless your whole brokerage is switching over to exp you can feel pretty alone.
