The technology is unprecedented. Cloud based meetings and agent support from transaction management to live tech support can be found in the Cloud…whether at home, in my office, or at the beach. No company can match this offering. Approximately 25 hours of live training is provided in the Cloud (called EXP World) as well as a myriad of recorded training programs. There is NO better back office than what is provided each agent at Exp Enterprise. I can meet with ANY agent or support person anytime in AVATAR format and speak live with them at EXP WORLD. Simply incredible..... Our strong real estate growth culture is supported by intuitive software packages Kunnversion and Commissions, Inc. (virtually free!!) Other exceptional tenants of the EXP culture include community service, innovation, and simply having FUN while supporting one another. Revenue Share replaces the much less appealing profit share of other companies and Stock Ownership is every agents privilege here at EXP. If that is not good enough, our cap fee is 24% less than most leading real estate firms ….AND as an Icon Agent, selling approximately 30 properties (depends on transaction size) will help you attain ICON agent status and EXP will give you the cap fees back in company stock! Review the growth of our stock at the symbol EXPI. I purchased a batch myself in September at $3.25…….it now sits at the $8 level. (of course I encourage everyone to do their own homework on this as an investment) Our agent population just hit 6,000 nationally and is on a strong upswing that could easily double in 2018.
