Pros

Fantastic 80/20 commission split and easy administration for onboarding, closing, and getting paid. Fully virtual firm.

Cons

Not the right place for new and inexperienced brokers. The virtual nature of the firm makes it difficult for new-to-the-industry agents to find their way.

Pros

eXp has a very innovative person at the helm (Glenn Sanford), who leads everything he does/thinks about with tech. So new ideas are always coming. the status quo is not valued. "Keep trying new things," "Don't get complacent." It's exciting and fun to work here, but you must be open to change and be very nimble.

Cons

There is no regular annual review cycle. I have not received a raise or even a mention of a raise in two years.
