Remote environment, class pass, paid vision/dental insurance

Cons

Toxic, no transparency (except during earnings call), leaders are disrespectful via chat, pushes NPS survey but doesn't implement real change. No career path. Pay is low and benefits are standard.

I can't say it's a con more of a subjective type of thing, it might not be for you if you're looking for a traditional type of brokerage.
