      Work from home Agile company Great co-workers Innovative founder/CEO

      Cons

      Always working in start-up mode so it can be extremely disorganized and stressful Agents run the show and can be very challenging to assist Communication issues cause a lot of frustration and misunderstanding Higher execs are valued above those that are in the trenches

      Cons

      The company is growing fast - which means growing pains - that's why the opportunity is so huge! If you want a traditional well oiled machine this is not the company for you.
