      Pros

      Exceptional company with a plan for the future! Agent Owned and cloud-based with less overhead and better compensation. They think out of the box and don't restrict you to a brick-and-mortar building. Meetings are easy in the cloud, and in your pajamas if you prefer.

      Cons

      If you enjoy having to go to a brick-and-mortar everyday, this company may not be for you.

      I have not found any Cons yet. eXp Realty is a Phenomenal Company with tremendous growth opportunity in next 3-5 years.
