      Great opportunity

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity, training and support if you take advantage of it. There are many ways to make income streams but you have to be willing to get trained and implement the strategies and work hard.

      Cons

      If you’re a single agent and don’t have a lot of initiative you might get lost in the shuffle. But even then if you just want to do your own thing it works.

      Fair System

      Pros

      Exp has a direct and fair system for real estate agents. There is lack of beurocracy and too much extra paperwork and the system is rewarding you with all possible ways. It's a pleasure working for exp that helps me expand and promote my personal brand.

      I have not notice something negative yet.
