      Pros

      Exp changed my life. The revenue share model has profoundly transformed my career. It enabled me to connect with like-minded professionals, build a successful revenue share group, and experience positive life changes that were beyond my imagination during my previous affiliations with brokerages

      Cons

      There aren't many cons, except for not having a physical office to go to every day. However, this can be seen as a positive, as it allows me to avoid distractions and stay focused on prospecting and meeting clients, rather than spending unnecessary time in the office.

      Pros

      eXp has been a game changer for my family. Very low commission splits and multiple streams of income. It’s a tough model to beat! My only regret is not joining sooner!

      Cons

      Currently there are no cons for me, any small issues in the past management was quick to fix!
