Good company, but too much freedom?

Pros

-Cheap monthly fees -Lots of "free" utilities like KvCore -excellent lateral ability to connect with agents -Excellent platforms for digital training -Good commission split

Cons

-Too much freedom -MB did not communicate certain hidden fees(For example, leaving or wanting to pause your license). -A mix of MBs means a far more detached care -unfriendly overall to leave- they charge you 1 month ahead on your fees. Plan ahead.

The amount of free resources and areas of growth that eXp offers is staggering. If you apply yourself, the sky is the limit. Would only recommend for self-starters,

Cons

The only con that I can think of is the lack of a physical meeting space offered by eXp for agents to meet and exchange ideas.
