* Good personnel/great people at most tiers * Genuine team experiences and support if you can avoid requiring management * Honest effort into diversity and inclusion

Cons

* As an organization, there don't seem to be any considerations for product development and management, which makes a lot of product knowledge and design a game of telephone at best, and easy to lose at worst. * Upper management exists in an extremely walled off space, where most of the senior leaders have worked together for most of their careers, and it's very apparent in decision-making. * Unfortunately, the insulation also means that there's a natural incentive for middle managers who do not or can not communicate, and there doesn't seem to be any reaction when those managers create pretty significant voluntary departures.
