Great company, been through some tough times but things are looking better

Great benefits, great colleagues, important clients. New management seem competent and friendly, and steering the ship in the right direction

Cons

The type of work can seem more "factory line", depending on what you're doing. And still dealing with fallout from previous upper management. It's hard to do new things or use the latest technology. Has gotten better now, but the amount of overtime was excessive at one point.

Pros

Prizelogic is now under new ownership and it's been an incredible experience thus far. The team is trying to create a positive, productive, and fun work environment. Our more teams are the most encouraged I've seen since being a part of this organization. Change can create challenges but we have worked together and have accomplished so much in such a short time. Our leadership is humble and treats all employees equally. They strive to do right by our employees, clients, vendors, and the industry as a whole. Working for a company that shares a vision I believe in has been a welcomed change. Excited for our future!

Overcoming the loss of key people (however new hires have been outstanding)

Pros

Leadership Team is paying attention to and actually implementing what will work for the long-term success of a company. I've been very impressed with the attention to detail and steps already taken to correct the course of a company that lost some direction due to growing pains. From SLT down the people are wonderful people and the clients and projects we get to work on are amazing. Perfect combination of challenging and inspiring.

Cons

As we are still in the end phase of those growing pains with solutions and processes being planned and launched we are still feeling the loss of some key people and are dealing with that fortunate problem of a bit too much to do. I see this improving weekly, though.
