Great Company with Great Leadership

I have worked at Clarus for a number of years and the culture, the people and work life balance is second to none. The leadership team is transparent and genuinely cares about all of their employees. This is the best company I have ever worked for and I am proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

No real negatives here but I would just say that we need to stay focused.
