Pros

I have been with Clarus Commerce for about three months now and I have to say that it has been a great experience joining the company. The company clearly cares about its employees and even though we are all remote these days, I still feel and experience the collaborative culture this company promotes and maintains. Everyone I have met is very nice, supportive, and willing to help in any situation. Also, the company puts enormous emphasis on work/life balance. Being with Clarus Commerce is like a breath of fresh air and I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of it.

Pros

The people, processes, documentation and entire culture at Clarus is what I've been craving in a working environment my entire career. It is inclusive, welcoming, friendly, and most of all everyone is focused on the getting the job done together. The leadership team drives this fantastic culture and leads with a hand-on approach. They are not afraid to brainstorm and ask "crazy" questions.
