Clarus had great management & very friendly and supportive employees. They offer a lot of incentives, good benefits, and solid pay. They also put a huge emphasis on work-life balance which is unbeatable!

Cons

Can't think of anything negative!

Clarus is the best company that I have ever worked for. Not only are they understanding about work/life balance, but every employee works to get to know one another making the organization like a family. Every day you are able to chat with anyone from your manager to Tom the CEO . The senior leaders show complete visibility on what is going on in the company and look to employees no matter the rank on how to improve. They foster a great work environment that makes any project enjoyable. I'm so happy I have been able to join Clarus!

My favorite part of Clarus is the positive work culture, I could tell on the first day this was the company for me! Everyone is so kind, supportive, and welcoming. I never feel like a bother to anyone if I have a question. It's a breathe of fresh air working for a company that cares so much for its employees and their work/life balance. Can't say enough about Clarus!

Cons

Working from home has been difficult in the social arena, but they're constantly thinking of new ideas to help with virtually meeting people/making friends!
