Pros

Clarus provides and environment not only to grow and learn, but to take chances. Senior Management is accessible and willing to listen, regardless of who you are or the position you hold. This is a fun, fast-paced environment where personal and company growth go hand in hand.

Cons

No cons per se. Benefits could be better, but unfortunately, for a small company in this day and age, it is what it is.

Pros

I enjoy working at Clarus. It's a great company that places a huge emphasis on growth (both individual and company level). As a young employee I feel valued and can see myself working here for a long time.

Cons

Nothing particularly related to Clarus. As with every workplace there are stressful days and difficult employees to deal with.
