Pros

Do I know the pain of young people now? I remember well when Governor Weicker implemented income tax in Connecticut, that few hundred dollars per year hurt a lot. I remember holding my baby daughter in the bathroom while the hot water is running so she can breathe in the steam and fall asleep. Later another doctor told us she has milk allergy and my wife had to throw away the breast milk she pumped with considerable pain. And the next month we were hit with close to a $700 water bill. I remember withdrawing the last $40 until the next paycheck to get a can of expensive baby formula. So, with this inflation and high interest rates, and you have huge student debt, I really feel your pain. But I was happy. I was married to the woman of my dream (and still am), and I was working and studying at night, but I knew I am going to make it because all the self-help books taught me to invest in my education, take chances, work hard, and succeed. And I was fearless. I made a lot of mistakes. I was able to see the world, frequently flew to London, Houston, and lived in Asia on and off for 10 years. When I came back to Connecticut, I wrote the wish list of the company I wanted to work for. I wanted to be with people who enjoyed their work, proud of their craft, always challenge themselves to achieve impossible goals and succeed by working as a team. Most importantly, I wanted them to appreciate those who put heart and soul into their work. I did not put dollar amount because that is covered by my wish list for the quality of living. From my experience, I believe that you can make a lot of money working for a sweatshop and willing to miss seeing your children growing up. That's not what I wanted. So, after a few tries, I joined ebbo and my wish came true. Mandated by the CEO, ebbo insists on work life balance. I am surrounded by professionals who respect each other, and we are ruthlessly executing challenging projects daily. We are not always serious; we joke and laugh a lot. There is a lot behind the scenes what our human resources do to keep this fine-tuned machine running. And I really do appreciate them for making my dream a reality every day.

Cons

There is no negative that I know of. If I have to come up with one, it is almost impossible to screen 100% of the fakers (bad eggs), We carefully follow proper procedures for them to improve or leave. That takes time but that is life.
