Great leadership team who promote from within and are interested in employees long-term career goals

Pros

I've worked closely with the senior management team for 2+ years and have had a great experience. I started with a fairly minor role in the company that quickly expanded into taking on new, challenging projects and learning a great deal. It's a friendly, professional work environment and the management really cares about your long-term career goals.

Cons

Not much to say here, I really have enjoyed my time at the company. It is still technically considered a start-up and work can be stressful sometimes, however I think that comes with most jobs.

I would consider this as a good company for people from CSE,MCA & IT backgrounds. Good place to start for guys who are interested in Networking.

Cons

Hectic work culture, rudimentary projects, NO TRAINING- employees are directly posted into projects, BLUFF company, they call themselves core company, but they are not even suitable to be called an IT company. Please, if you are from EEE or ECE background, do not join this company, there is nothing fr you to learn here.
