My favorite experience with this company is their strong, but unorthodox approach to continuous learning. It is clear they highly value the attributes that humans bring to the business and want to focus on growing those skills. Each week I find myself in learning/training sessions with people from all across the business and levels of leadership.

Cons

It is clear the company gives a lot of freedom to make decisions, sometimes people abuse that freedom and take policies for granted.
