Pros
evolvedMD is fast paced, innovative, and most importantly invested in its employees. While growth is something on everyone's minds, there is focused attention paid to how said growth needs to not only benefit the company, but also the staff that make this whole engine turn. Our CEO and executive staff are connected to all levels of the company and make every effort to support individual employee growth while also balancing business growth, something you do not see very often from executive staff. The same can be said for all levels of management and line staff, if they are dedicated to the model and pace. I am very happy to be a part of this team and experience growth in this much needed area of BH care.
Cons
This is a fast paced growth company. There are often quick pivots that need to be made with little context in the moment, but are done with purpose in the end. I do not see this a true con, but can be distressing to some.
