They provide excellent support and training for those wanting their licensure hours and opportunities for bonuses and growth within the company. They also provide great access to communicate with all levels of management and really make it feel like a family. The company is also diverse and strives to be different within the healthcare community. If you want a different vibe and to be valued, included and make a difference, this is a company to check out.
Cons
There really are no cons. The only thing is that since the company is smaller the healthcare benefits are slightly more expensive, but this will change as the company grows.
