      Pros

      The pros of working as a free lancer is the flexibility to work. Even if you're a full time free lancer, you can choose days you don't want to work on. Free lancers get paid more than employees do at a company (saying from experience as I've worked as both).

      Cons

      The only con is that companies have like policies about reviews after payment. In free lance, the buyer might keep bugging you to review the work more times than necessary and may want work more than what charged them for.

      Freelancing gives me opportunity to maintain a positive work-life balance. I enjoy freelancing as I get to work on different projects, hence get an opportunity to learn.
