Pros

-The Company is trying hard to create its own internal IP. -It has 2 options when it comes to working Either Berlin or Hamburg. -HR is nice and working hard to provide a great onboarding experience.

Cons

-Micromanagement from Upper Management which limits creativity and adds a lot of stress. -Huge Gaps in salary for the same position. -NO transparency at all from Management. -Unexperienced Managers is costing the company to loose a lot of good talents. -Childish behavior from some Managers

- There are/were some great people that work/worked here in lower level positions. - Free beer once per month (no benefits since pandemic though).

Cons

- Management frequently set unrealistic deadlines. - Unorganised and unprofessional. - No recognition or appreciation for working extra hours. - Office environment and 'company culture' is an empty void. - Understaffed in almost every department which means people are overworked to exhaustion/burnout. - Career prospects very limited.
