A lot of autonomy and freedom in day to day work, flexibility, work-life balance
Cons
The company's senior leders (cofounders) are not capable of rescuing this sinking ship. Constant chaotic changes of direction, no accountability, out of touch with reality, and have totally lost the respect of their staff who are openly negative. Several layoff rounds and also talented top performers leaving because of burn-out and morale failure. No HR and no board means no accountability for top leaders. Promotions based on nepotism (family members) and not capability or merit. The company was once an inspiring place to work but is now extremely depressing. I don't see it surviving in the long term.
